How long does shipping take?
At Oily Olive, we believe in making your shopping experience as smooth as a freshly buffed nail! We carefully dispatch all orders within 2 business days via Australia Post, ensuring they reach you safely and promptly. Once your package is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can easily follow its journey.
Please note that we currently only ship within Australia. Shipping typically takes 7–10 business days to arrive, but during the holiday season, there may be a higher volume of orders which could cause slight delays. If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days, please feel free to email us at oilyoliveorganics@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to assist.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or Australian public holidays. To calculate your shipping costs, simply add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout. Should you have any questions or concerns about your delivery, we’re always here to help with a smile!
