Dispatch and tracking
We carefully dispatch all orders within 2 business days via Australia Post, so your items reach you safely and promptly. Once your package is on its way, we'll send you a tracking number so you can easily follow its journey. Please note that orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or Australian public holidays.

Where we ship and delivery times
We currently ship to Australia and the US only. Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days in Australia and 7-10 business days in the US. During the holiday season, higher order volumes may cause slight delays. If you haven't received your order within 14 business days, please contact us at oilyolive@outlook.com.au and we'll be happy to assist!
